Today I believe I have found a “lacuna” in the #VAT legislation for #VATplaceofsupply and #VATreversecharge. Consultancy service - UK place of supply but as the consultant has no place of belonging (currently travelling) reverse charge does not apply!! Isn’t VAT interesting!!!🤪

If you claim #VAT that isn't properly chargeable your organisation could be incur a penalty. Check you are paying the right amount of VAT on #buildings #construction #printing etc which may not be 20%. Ask me or @Lesvatadvice if you are unsure #TuesdayThoughts
