@Belas_ghost Depends if the doctor who filled out the forms put an end date on it. An end date is not required on the form, despite many Dr's claim of the contrary. If your Dr puts an end date on your forms for a perm disability tell them to do it again.
@Belas_ghost I answered for Hayden. His had been permanent since he was five. I can’t believe how hard it is to get. At least it looks like the feds are going to help more people get it but it’s a huge pain and who knows if they will. Should be automatic when disability benefits are approved.
@Belas_ghost @losinghopein We actually have to get 3 renewed this year, cause autism, Tourette’s and epilepsy can just vanish you know🙄🙄. We will have to pay 125 for each one.
@Belas_ghost @ODSPoor i have it, and i have to reapply AGAIN when it expires, even though i have 1000+ pgs of medical evidence and #odsp has me as "disabled for life" the most frusrating thing about being disabled for life in 2012 is its 2024 and i STILL have to prove more then once per yr i am a PWD
@Belas_ghost Mine expired in 2018 and it didn't have an expiration date on it until the pandemic. I just paid my doctor all over again to do my paperwork and sent it in a month ago. It hasn't been finalized at CRA yet but it is in processing
