I promise you guys don’t want open world. It is boring mini games that you have to run around a lifeless map and wait in queues for games that would have quicker match making if it were a simple menu. It is in FC right now and it is an uninspired experience. It is only designed to drain you of money for your created player. They will hold you at arbitrary lower overalls throughout the game cycle like they do in ultimate team. Then they will reset it in the next game release so you have to spend more money. Cute for marketing, but horrible for actual gaming experience.
In their memo to staff, EA confirmed that an open-world experience is coming to their American Football games. It's currently under the codename "Project Gridiron" and is described as a "social-first open-world experience"

This might be one of the worst pass plays I have ever seen.
NEW: Lane Kiffin called the LSU-Ole Miss game the Rebels' "Super Bowl"👀 "If it wasn’t for the name, Ole Miss, and if it was more of a traditional name that we were playing, we hadn’t coached at before, how would everybody be feeling if, in your third game of your first year of
15K VC for a Spartan helmet for 2x rep that only last today is absurd
A very minor detail that I like about MLB is that every other sport has the HIDEOUS "2026-27" "2010-11" season names meanwhile the MLB has the GORGEOUS season-within-one-calendar-year
This is my biggest gripe with 2K27 right now. Yes we want defense but when someone is beat they are beat. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been past someone and get sucked back into a defensive animation
@Beluba Could you get rid of “Canned Animations” He’s beat, im going for a “Two Handed” safe dunk & it stops me in my tracks so he could get the block.

> Pope announces his stance against AI > the bubble immediately starts popping Thank god literally i guess
The rise of the socialist republic of mamdanistan and the Knicks making the nba finals isn’t a coincidence. Mandate of Heaven.
New York City listen to me right now if you're near a convenience store right now, any type of 24-hour store, go into the store right now and put your hand in the cash register for no reason. Their money is your money as of right now
the pope wrote a 42,000 word manifesto declaring war on AI. we are so freaking back.
Humanity, created by God in all its grandeur, is today facing a pivotal choice: either to construct a new Tower of Babel or to build the city in which God and humanity dwell together. In Jesus Christ, this humanity in its grandeur becomes the Way, the Truth and the Life, opening
@Freyy_is The overuse of the “ it’s not just X it’s Y “ is the clearest give away for AI generated text.
