@higgidy I bought the chickpea pie because I saw your promotion for it to be free ended on 5th of September but now it says its expired! I feel scammed.

Umm @QuornFoods, are the takeaway SF wings meant to be this colour? Literally no southern fried flavour. 1 out of 10.

@CauldronFoods I submitted a contact form on your website but no reply. Bought your tofu last week but it had no form, crumbled to pieces and tasted awful. I have the packet info. Shame as it's usually the best and gone up in price recently.

@Tesco bought a reduced item today but scan and go picked up the full price. Only realised when I got home. How can get my money back? Your website only provides an 0800 number. Thanks.

on hold to @ecotricity for 2.5 HOURS and have been trying to resolve this issue for an entire MONTH with absolutely terrible service. I'm just going to cancel my direct debit and then you might actually speak to me.

@Cex the customer service in your white rose store, Leeds this evening was shocking. Came into to make a purchase but the staff couldn't even acknowledge me stood waiting (the only person in the store I might add). Took my business elsewhere.

@Sainsburys why are your bakery doughnuts in Wakefield THE ONE and white rose, Leeds are NOT? Where is the sugar and jam at? Please fix asap, I need them urgently.
