@TUIUKcares 34 days and still no response to complaint. How much longer do we have to wait for the privilege of a reply after a holiday from hell? Another 28 days? Complaint made 21/6, escalated 26/6, tui actually doing its job? ??/2020 if lucky?

@TUIUKcares So what happened to as soon as they can? 28 days doesn’t retrieve your holiday from the point of no return when you raise the issue on day 1 of holiday. especially when rep has no power to help you. If it’s out of the reps sphere of influence why tell us to depend on them?

@TUIUKcares Yes, returned on 28/6. 28 days wait for what exactly? An update? Confirmation tui has all case numbers n details? We have received 12 feedback emails - do we need to fill those in before we get a response?

@TUIUKcares booking glitch so in wrong hotel only 3 star, witness staff assault 1st night, had to eat out to avoid aggressive guests, stress of being told extra £300 to move to correct hotel for 3 nights means skin condition flared = ruined holiday - can’t get time back 😡furious
