The city of Baltimore is going to sell all of the abandoned properties for $1 each to help lower income residents with homeownership. Unfortunately, there’s a catch; you must have $90,000 in your bank account to put towards the house renovations. No low income people in Baltimore will have that kind of money, but you know who will? All of the corporations who are about to own the city of Baltimore. Democrats have once again found a way to screw the poor and help the rich. America is broken!
@Travis_in_Flint Corporations should not be allowed To own single family homes
@BillSzoverdu @Travis_in_Flint Agreed Big corp should be limited to big apt complex not single homes or small apartments /strip malls Home owners & small business cant compete with big corp financial power ( big corp usually get much lower interest rates than individuals/SME
@BillSzoverdu @Travis_in_Flint Except when they build them. Many home builders are corporations. In Texas, they build communities of different levels of affordability, and create the opportunity for home ownership to lower middle class families.
@BillSzoverdu @Travis_in_Flint Corporations only make up about 3% of purchases....... Preventing 3% of purchase will not change the price of homes. Govt limiting supply while also raises the cost to build homes does. The issue isnt corporations, it's big govt.
They shouldn't. It's the biggest flytrap. Magic print...real assets...sold back at magic print prices.
@BillSzoverdu @Travis_in_Flint No, Democrats should not be allowed to create policies which insure corporations will own single family homes. Then companies won't.
@BillSzoverdu @Travis_in_Flint They own the US Gov’t.
