Why the **** are the Conservatives allowed to put a slogan in their candidates box and no-one else is? Electoral Commission can you do your job and stop this cheating?
@BladeoftheS Community noted, again, for lies and misleading your followers, again.
@BladeoftheS All parties are allowed to put what they want, the rules are equal for all. It's up to the party what they put in that box. I think it's called equality of opportunity, not equality of output. Coincidentally a very conservative principle in itself.
@BladeoftheS If you are not already convinced by the time you vote maybe you shouldn't be voting! 😂
@BladeoftheS @Scarborough_GB Same in Somerset - by/election where they’re named “local Conservatives”… 🤔
If that slogan is the sway that someone needs so they can make up their mind for which party to vote for, then quite frankly they shouldn’t be allowed to vote in the first place. One would hope that a little more thought process was involved in deciding who you should vote for , not slogans on voting slips.
@BladeoftheS The EC comes under the political control of the governing party. The Tories took away its independence. It's a Govester machine now. Democracy? What democracy? The UK is a fascist dictatorship.
@BladeoftheS Why do some candidates put their actual address and others put "address in the area"? If they don't have to, why should anyone risk it by putting their address? Surely it should be the address of their local party office?
@BladeoftheS Crossed out all them shite options, and wrote reform UK all over it
@BladeoftheS Rest assured, no one is voting for the Tories around here. Odd that they couldn't just give us more police before an election!
@BladeoftheS You’re allowed up to six words to describe the candidate in that area, and that is in addition to their name on the ballot paper - slogans are permitted.
