Understand that in reality black wealth hardly ever registered if you look it doesn’t lift from zero 1990 to present. The problem is since 1990 white wealth was supercharged by policy. @BarackObama nearly doubled white wealth. Look at the blue line after the 2008 dip. @pdacosta
