I've just been advised that @YorkshireWater take 12-14 weeks to acknowledge a complaint, that's the time it will take them to tell me they've received my complaint so who knows how long they take to respond to it. I've paid £6k for that @CCWvoice

Disgraceful service from @YWHelp @YorkshireWater We paid for a new build water connection in January, they have not installed it this week as agreed and have now said the earliest they can do it is 7th August. To them it's just another job and we are expected to put up with it.

How can @edfenergy send out a message last night saying I have 4 hours of free electricity to use between 8am - midday today and then send another message out at 12.47 today to say that was an error and it's not free 😠 surely they will have to honour their original message 🤔

@Tim_McArthur @TalkTalk I am having the same issue. 10 days without internet. I spoke to @TalkTalk today and they said they haven't got any routers to send out as they're waiting for stock. I raised a formal complaint last week.

Day 10 and still no Internet with @TalkTalk I've been told to give them 3 or 4 more days 🤷‍♀️. As they have breached the contract between us, I want to move to another ISP but they say I'll be charged an early exit fee 😠

Day 9 without internet because @TalkTalk still haven't sent a replacement router. I'm running everything on mobile data, which makes me wonder if I even need an Internet Service provider. I definitely don't need one like @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk I have had no Internet since Sunday, and you assured me that my new router, to fix the problem, would arrive today. Guess what, it hasn't 😠

@TalkTalk I've had no Internet since Sunday. I am waiting for you to send a new router. When I manage to get in touch with customer services (which is NOT easy) you tell me it hasn't been dispatched yet 😠
