I still have yet to have anyone from @AaronsCo reach out to me smh this is ridiculous ! I get told by a manager “come say it to my face?” And after reporting it nobody has reached out smh
#worstcustomerservice experience is when to no fault of my own I get told that I have to wait another week for delivery because they called me and couldn’t get ahold of me! The phone number they read back to me belongs to the reference I put down ! Smh @AaronsCo
I called in from work today , and have been waiting for my furniture all day. I’ve been in communication with the @AaronsCo store. They called my number to schedule my furniture delivery. 10am-3pm was my time window. At 2:30pm they say they have to reschedule my delivery! 🤦🏻♀️
It is important to always remain kind and empathetic to your customer, even through stressful or contentious situations when customers appear disappointed or angry. @AaronsCo store manager from the Nellis store located in Las Vegas did the complete opposite.
So use to shutting ppl out, that I completely pushed everyone away!
Finally going to get a day off lol! Parents are babysitting for me tonight :D
& my mom just makes it easier for him! Wtf how is he suppose to learn when you keep doing it all for him
I care for him, but my patience with him is running real low.
The fact that he's not even interested in bonding with them pisses me off!
But NOOOOO he just watches the kids for a quick second, and he's already bitchin acting stressed as if he watches them all the time
I take care of em both, and do house work, and laundry. Don't you think i'm exhausted?
I know graveyard shifts must suck, but damn all you need is 8 hours of sleep. Especially when you got kids! You can't just fuckin sleep.
