1year 9 months 2 days gamble free, But these past couple of week since the football started have been the hardest yet. My mood is so low and I know deep down it’s the gambling hanging over me. Does anyone know any help I can get like a follow up during recovery? Thanks

365 Days…. 1 whole year of not placing a bet! Now to the next 365 days, over this last year it’s shown how unhappy gambling made me and how much time of mine I wasted , missing out on life. 💪🏻💪🏻

1st of the month! When All the loan repayments come out 😫 Keep my mind strong my head on and these loans will slowly go away 💪🏻 Just another long term effect of gambling addiction not just mentally. Hard today but I’ll stay positive.👏🏻

142 days Bet free ✅ 3 reasons why stopping gambking is the best thing I’ve done. My mental health has improved so much. I spend more time with my loved ones not just there n thinking about gambling. I’m paying my debts of slowly but wil eventually get there in years to come.

Sure I’ve got like delayed hangover from not betting at Cheltenham, feel shocking and down today! And last week I was acting all fine about horses n that when it’s a massive weakness of mine 🤯🤯
