Hello @freedomsession. Just wanted to msg about the “PHALTS” scale & suggest the curriculum should be updated to include male hormonal shifts, too. Testosterone cycles more slowly than oestrogen, but men do suffer highs & lows & andopause; they need to be aware of hormones, too.
