@LarryBoorstein @EdKrassen I see it all the time here in Tampa Bay Florida. Face it if he said water is wet you would disagree.

@EdKrassen I believe it. I see it here in Florida.

@EdKrassen Well you have to show them an ID to vote. That is pretty safe.

@KiosowSusan @SonOfAristotle @CaptMarkKelly @grok fact check

@BarackObama This tweet didn't quite go the way you thought it would. Just here for the ratio.

@RogerThat_606 @mtncrusader @krassenstein Nah everywhere else i. The qorld thwy just figure out a different way to commit murders and be evil.

@mtncrusader @krassenstein Yeah we should outlaw guns! Then the only ones with guns are government and criminals who don't give a dhit about laws. Seems like sound logic..

@FloraLuzz_ He would still be doing drugs and commitng crimes.

2026 Florida Governor race polls (as of mid-October 2026): The race is between Byron Donalds (R), the U.S. Representative who won the Republican primary, and David Jolly (D), a former U.S. Representative who won the Democratic primary. Incumbent Gov. Ron DeSantis is term-limited and cannot run again. The general election is November 3, 2026. Recent Polling Averages RealClearPolling: Donalds 47.8%, Jolly 42.5% (Donalds +5.3**). Average of recent polls through early October. PollingSource: ~Donalds 48.7%, Jolly 44% (R+4.7**). Pollsmax: Donalds 47.1%, Jolly 42.0% (R+5.1**), based on a larger set of polls. Donalds generally leads, but the margin is often in the mid-single digits and some recent surveys show a statistical tie. The race is tighter than Florida’s recent Republican blowouts. Selected Recent Polls (October 2026) | Pollster | Dates | Sample | Donalds (R) | Jolly (D) | Spread | Notes | |----------|-------|--------|-------------|-----------|--------|-------| | Stetson University | Oct 1–9 | 716 LV | 52% | 41% | R+11 | Independent; includes leaners | | St. Pete Polls | Oct 5–7 | 836 LV | 45% | 45% | Tie | For Florida Politics | | YouGov | Late Sept–early Oct | ~3,800 LV | 47% | 45% | R+2 | | | Mason-Dixon (NBC6/Telemundo) | Sept 28–Oct 1 | 625 LV | 48% | 41% | R+7 | 10% undecided | | MDW Communications | Oct 4–10 | 2,351 LV | 46% | 44% | R+2 | Sponsored; ~10% undecided | | Change Research | Early–mid Oct | ~900 LV | 47% | 47% | Tie | Sponsored | Earlier September polls showed similar patterns (Donalds leads of 1–12 points, with some near-ties). Undecided voters are often in the 5–10% range. Context Forecasters generally rate the race Lean Republican (or competitive/toss-up in some models). One forecast model recently gave Donalds roughly an 80%+ chance. Donalds tends to do better with White voters and in North/Central/Southwest Florida; Jolly performs better among independents, Black voters, and in parts of the Tampa Bay and Southeast areas. Some polls are partisan or campaign-sponsored, which can affect results. Sample composition and likely-voter models also vary. Polls can shift in the final weeks, and turnout will matter. @EdKrassen In your dreams. That flip flopping jackass will not be elected.

Well at least Melania's father wasn't part of a genocidal movement. Yes, Ilhan Omar’s father, Nur Omar Mohamed, was a colonel in the Somali National Army under Siad Barre’s regime (which committed the Isaaq genocide). Public records and obituaries confirm this, though there is no publicly verified evidence that he personally participated in specific genocidal acts. Key established facts: Nur Omar Mohamed served as a senior officer/colonel in the Somali National Army. He led a regiment during the 1977–78 Ogaden War (Somali-Ethiopian War) and remained in the military until the Barre regime collapsed in 1991. This is documented in a 2020 Sahan Journal obituary (a Minnesota-based outlet covering Somali communities) and other reporting. He trained in Russia and was known in the community by nicknames including “Colonel.” Siad Barre’s regime (1969–1991) carried out the Isaaq genocide (also called the Hargeisa Holocaust) in the late 1980s, primarily targeting the Isaaq clan in what is now Somaliland. Estimates of civilian deaths range from roughly 50,000 to 200,000, involving aerial bombardment, mass killings, and destruction of cities like Hargeisa. On direct involvement in genocide: Fact-checkers such as Snopes have repeatedly stated there is no public evidence linking Nur Omar Mohamed specifically to war crimes or the Isaaq genocide. Detailed records of his post-1978 activities are not publicly available, so neither participation nor non-participation can be definitively proven from open sources. Some Somali historians, former officers, and outlets focused on Somaliland allege he was a loyal senior officer throughout the regime’s later years (including possible northern postings) and that the family only fled after the regime fell in 1991. A October 2026 New York Post report quotes a historian describing him as a full colonel who “misrepresented himself as a refugee” and was part of the apparatus that enabled the regime’s violence. Ilhan Omar has more often described her father as an educator/teacher trainer in public statements and her memoir, which understates the documented military career. In short: He was a member of the genocidal regime’s military at a senior rank for years. Direct personal culpability for specific atrocities remains unproven in the public record.

You mean that lawfare bullshit. No, the core of the lawsuit was not strongly merited as a traditional fraud case, though it did rest on some documented inaccuracies in financial statements. Here is the relevant background and why the appellate record undercuts its strength: The case was brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James under Executive Law § 63(12). That statute is unusually broad: it does not require proof of fraudulent intent, reliance by the other party, or actual financial harm. The state alleged that Trump and the Trump Organization submitted statements of financial condition (roughly 2011–2021) that overstated certain asset values (e.g., the size of the Trump Tower triplex and valuations of properties such as Mar-a-Lago). These statements were used with banks and insurers. No private party claimed losses; the loans were repaid in full by sophisticated counterparties. At trial, Judge Arthur Engoron found liability and imposed a penalty that started around $355 million and grew with interest to roughly $450–500+ million, plus business restrictions. In August 2025, a five-judge panel of New York’s Appellate Division unanimously threw out the monetary penalty as an unconstitutionally excessive fine under the Eighth Amendment. On the underlying fraud liability finding, the panel was deeply divided with no majority opinion: two judges would have affirmed liability, two wanted a new trial because of serious procedural problems (including pre-judgment of liability), and one judge (David Friedman) would have dismissed the case entirely, writing that the Attorney General had exceeded her authority and that the suit appeared politically motivated. The liability finding was left standing only as a compromise to allow further appeal. As of October 2026, the case is before New York’s highest court (the Court of Appeals), with oral arguments scheduled for early 2027. Trump is challenging the remaining liability finding and restrictions; James is seeking to restore the penalty. Some non-monetary restrictions have remained in place in the interim. The factual inaccuracies in the statements (particularly the triplex square-footage error and certain valuation assumptions) gave the case a plausible starting point under New York’s broad statute. However, the absence of identifiable victims or unpaid loans, the subjective nature of real-estate valuations (with disclosures and “worthless” clauses), the statute’s low threshold, the unanimous rejection of the primary financial remedy, and the appellate judges’ sharp division on liability all indicate significant overreach. One appeals judge explicitly noted the political context of the Attorney General’s prior campaign statements targeting Trump. This looks more like aggressive application of a consumer-protection statute to a commercial valuation dispute than a clear-cut case of fraud that warranted the original outcome.

@krassenstein We have used the bald eagle as symbolism for 244 years. The Lefts brainrot has you seeing Nazis everywhere. Meanwhile you have Nazi protesting to Free Palestine. instagram.com/reel/Dd3dSBuE5…

@krassenstein OMG! You mean his assistant travelled with him? The horror.

@krassenstein Well if an idiot like you is convinced it must be true...

The post by @krassenstein claims an ICE agent shot a man in the back twice in Austin, Texas, triggering major protests, while accusing officers of poor training, white supremacist ties, and Trump administration encouragement. The attached video shows live news footage of crowds gathering under an overpass, confronting police, and reacting to the scene of the shooting with emergency vehicles present. Facts show Venezuelan national Wilber Rafael Garces Perez was shot once in the torso after fleeing a traffic stop over a deportation order while making DoorDash deliveries; he is stable, in ICE custody, and local officials are calling for transparency and investigation.

@maddenifico Wow, she has siix fingers.

The X post recirculates October 2025 footage from Hoffman Estates, a Chicago suburb, showing ICE agents detaining 18-year-old U.S. citizen Evelyn after she and others followed and filmed agents to warn targets during enforcement operations. Video and reports confirm she was pulled from her vehicle, taken to the ground with a knee on her back, and shouted claims of non-resistance; she was held briefly at the local police station and released without charges after about two hours. The post's description of "kidnapping a child" and "terrorizing Americans" misstates her age and the context of interference with federal operations, reflecting ongoing debates over aggressive ICE tactics versus claims of excessive force in suburban areas.

@300_guns @krassenstein "Crack: down. 🤣

@krassenstein Please I hope he does. It will end as bad as Kamala's run.
