Me and a full stomach don't go well together
I struggle between wanting to get better and giving into the fear that I actually am.
HOW IN THE FUCK DID MY WEIGHT GO UP 4 LBS FROM THIS MORNING
I drink so I can be social. I drink to ease my anxiety. I get anxiety from the calories of the drinking.
The number on the scale determined my mood for the day.
I am a therapist in a psychiatric hospital. I admit, I'm always biased and more interested in people diagnosed with an ED.
It's 2:30 and I'm awake. I took adderall and I got a lot of homework done. And now I'm still awake.
These strangers I work with just saw my Ed journal. I'm mortified. I just left work to take a break. Idk what to do.

A confusion of getting stronger and failing all at once.
The feeling of getting better is scary to me
I can't do this relationship stuff, my Ed makes me isolate myself
I think I'm somewhat depressed. And I don't throw that word around lightly.
