I was disappointed to receive a message today from @vroomcars, 21 days since they took my deposit and ghosted me, that they were denying my refund request and cancelling the vehicle purchase. @KenPaxtonTX , is this legal? #theft #unethical #vroom

@vroomcars - I have been trying to get in touch with someone for the last two days about an active purchase with no response. I feel like I have been ghosted in this process.

I was very hopeful that the online car buying experience would be smoother and better than traditional dealerships, but @vroomcars and @driveshift have so far made it far more difficult. They must live off the $250 holds….

@HP I appreciate that. I have also learned that I am not alone in this issue, as per this post: h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Ink…

Dear @HP - Why do you believe it is ethical to push out a firmware update that disables an out of warranty printer because it does not use your lower quality & more expensive toner without communicating to the customer what it is going to do? Now I have a $500 brick.

Is there a smart thermostat out there that can not only auto switch between heat and cool, but can operate off of a single setpoint or can run the hvac to reduce the humidity in the house? I have tried @honeywell and @ecobee and neither of them do it nor do they do it well.

Hey @elonmusk & @NASCAR : want to help drive EV technology further? How about developing an elite series using EVs. Think of how much this would help drive battery tech.

Hey @McDonalds - Do you still give these out to employees? I got mine 30 years ago, just came across them cleaning out boxes.

Hey @Ask_Spectrum , do you not have live chat support anymore? All I get is the stupid bot. My modem has not been provisioned for the new bandwidth I purchased and is still running at the slower speed.

@MLB Why, during this pandemic, are local market games being blacked out? It isn’t like anyone can go to the stadium to watch the game. I miss my @astros !
