Please take a moment this Thanksgiving to remember the unconvicted American citizens who’ve now lost years of their lives in DC prisons being held pre-trial by the American government.
@BrandonStraka The are political prisoners--it is that simple.
@BrandonStraka Some have died because they’re not given proper medical care. It’s a horrific political act!
@BrandonStraka They need to let them go. I heard the conditions were bad there.
@BrandonStraka Yes, take a moment to remember what happens to traitors. I like this idea.
@BrandonStraka After reading thru some posts, let's remember.. (1) police waved ppl into the Capitol Building (2) no one charged with 'insurrection' (3) how do you conduct an 'insurrection' when unarmed? (4) Pelosi filming a Jan 6 documentary, did she have prior knowledge of the riot?
@BrandonStraka What is the rationale behind the prolonged incarceration of these people?have they been indicted? Why can’t they be out on bail?
@BrandonStraka In China, citizens are guilty until they prove themselves to be innocent, often they are locked up for years without trial. Legal system here is supposed to be : people are innocent until the gov proves they are guilty. What happened to American’s right to speedy jury trials?
@BrandonStraka This came from sold dusty document you may have heard of: "For depriving us in many cases, of the benefit of Trial by Jury"
@BrandonStraka Are you referring to the individuals who broke the law on January 6 and violently stormed the capitol? They made their bed now they have to sleep in it. Any of them could have requested a speedy trial, so don’t blame anyone but them.
