So many talented reporters laid off this year. Workers who provided the content, won the awards, built the credibility of their shops, and worked for a yearly salary at a fraction of what big name contributors get in fancy contracts to fill pundit boxes on TV.

@BrandyZadrozny The Newsbusters logo at the end of this 👌🏻
Do you sincerely believe they “built the credibility of their shops?” In your heart of hearts, that’s what you think? When your news broadcasts are sponsored by Pfizer? When you spiked factual stories while knowingly promoting false ones, all to benefit the party to which the vast majority of your peers and executives belong? If you recognize you’re part of a system that willfully pushes narratives supporting your own personal preferences and that of your advertisers, then you also know this post is yet another example of gaslighting that will continue to erode credibility and trust. If - after all that we’ve learned during the past several years - you honestly believe that you and your peers are stalwart defenders of impartiality, then you’re beyond hope. But that’s just my opinion. Maybe you can confer with your new colleague Jen Psaki and see how she feels about it.

@BrandyZadrozny The network that hired Jen psaki while she was still press secretary has problems with this....
@BrandyZadrozny It's a shame that MSNBC bosses feel that ratings are more important than truth.
