@Del_Reaves What a great time today speaking to voters with you!

Happy to work alongside journalists like @BreannahSmall and speak with voters as the 2024 Election Day gets closer. In this photo she talks with a current University of Arkansas student to hear what she has to say about this election season.

“From a state party perspective there is a huge issue in Arkansas. There are no labor laws that are beneficial. We just lowered the minimum age for working, the governor did that and we are seeing lawsuits now.” -Gracie Ziegler, Democratic Party Officer

Mayor Lioneld Jordan spoke today about he began his career in labor unions. He still has their support as shown on his campaign sign with the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF).

“A big issue for me is Issue 2. I have been seeing a lot of ads about the casinos. I’m kind of torn. I’m kind of against casinos.” - Christopher Neil, Fayetteville resident

I got the opportunity to speak with Lorinda Smith, candidate for Fayetteville, AR County Clerk Treasurer. “All of the institutional knowledge that was there is gone, and they left because of the incumbent, but I’m going to fix all that.”

I am outside today at the Washington County Court House for Early Election voting!

TEAMSTERS RELEASE PRESIDENTIAL ENDORSEMENT POLLING DATA “For the past year, the Teamsters Union has pledged to conduct the most inclusive, democratic, and transparent Presidential endorsement process in the history of our 121-year-old organization—and today we are delivering on that promise to our members,” said Teamsters General President Sean M. O’Brien. “Our members are the union, and their voices and opinions must be at the forefront of everything the Teamsters do. Our final decision around a possible Presidential endorsement will not be made lightly, but you can be sure it will be driven directly by our diverse membership.” The Teamsters have not yet endorsed any candidate for U.S. President. The union’s General Executive Board expects to announce a decision on Wednesday.
