Torrance County New Mexico Sheriff Frazee told @NewsNation "there probably should have been an arrest" in the domestic incident bw Nikki Alcaraz and Tyler Stratton. Deputy told sheriff the district attorney "frowns on such arrests." Sheriff told me he'll get to the bottom of it.
We have asked for the body camera footage. Video will tell us a lot more about what was happening. All investigators have released as of now are still images.
@BrianEntin @NewsNation Maybe I'm frowning on the district attorney holding his current position! Shameful!
@BrianEntin @NewsNation Unpopular opinion but maybe they should both have been arrested. DUI, public intox, disturbing the peace and according to the police report they both assaulted eachother. Also, she has been spotted alive in CA.
@BrianEntin @NewsNation Getting extremely tired of LE constantly giving domestic abusers a pass
@BrianEntin @NewsNation If she was in a Walmart in Redding, CA as stated couldn't she have asked (yelled, screamed) for help if she wanted to get away from him? What am I missing here?
@BrianEntin @NewsNation She fought back I seen a picture on @ChasingPaper89 he looked pretty beat up too. They need an intervention @SF_investigates has also done lots of work on the story
@BrianEntin @NewsNation Why would the DA frown on an arrest. This sounds too much like Gabby Pettito - this needs to stop 🛑
@BrianEntin @NewsNation So DA doesn't like going after DV cases good to know.
@BrianEntin @Nerdy_Addict @NewsNation Her eye is black because of his fist reminds me of Moab And Gabby Petito
@BrianEntin @NewsNation Mind boggling that this still happens! There was obviously bodily injury to both and both should have been arrested. For their own safety if nothing else
