Free speech!? Elon Musk's Twitter suspends several journalists' accounts without notice for criticizing him! axios.com/2022/12/16/elo…

Elon Musk just suspended a bunch of journalists, including Aaron Rupar, who cover him — without any reason. By silencing journalists, it’s clear that Elon Musk doesn’t care about free speech or democracy. He only cares about himself. We should all be outraged.

Apparently it’s “Free speech for me. Not for thee.”

Goodbye Twitter. Congratulations Elon on your purchase - you have finally convinced me that maintaining and account provides, by a major much more personal and public negativity that positive benefit. May you choke on your wealth as it swirls down the drain.

Inflation and gas prices are plummeting. Weird how Republicans don’t talk about those things anymore.

These insurrections in Congress should be nowhere near public office; they’re every bit as unsuited to hold power in the United States as are those who violently stormed the Capitol on January 6, 2021 rollingstone.com/politics/polit…

They attack heroes like Alex Vindman and Dr. Fauci while defending Stephen Miller. That’s the Republican Party & Elon Musk.

Dr Anthony Fauci was dismissive of Elon Musk's attacks on him, calling him "merely a distraction" and labelling Twitter under Musk as "a cesspool of interaction." I thought it was impossible for me to like and respect Dr Fauci any more than I already do, but I was wrong.

The national average price of a gallon of gas is now $3.25. That’s a decline of $1.77 since June – giving Americans a break at the pump and growing our economy.

"[Was] that 25.5 hour window opened in exchange for any consideration offered to Bankman-Fried by the Bahamian AG or any state official, including a promise to initiate liquidation proceedings which might offer a path towards Bankman-Fried retaining some control over FTX?"

Why did more than 200,000 workers go on strike this year? Perhaps it’s because CEOs are now paid 399 times as much as a typical worker…

Almost two years ago, the occupant of the White House incited a deadly insurrection and coup attempt—and we’re still waiting for him to be held accountable.

ExxonMobil raked in $20 billion in profits last quarter and has announced $50 billion in stock buybacks. Folks, corporate greed is a main driver of inflation -- not government spending.

Democrats are fighting to help families make ends meet and keep children out of poverty by renewing the expanded Child Tax Credit. Republicans want to give out tax breaks for giant corporations. We need to put families first.

Trump just confessed that he turned down a deal to get Paul Whelan out of Russia and then immediately said if he were president, he would have gotten Whelan out. This is of course contradicted by his own words and by the fact that he was president and failed to do so.
