@ajthompson13 The retirement village setup was always a scam. Especially that losses were always paid by only one party and only the profit got split. I purposely brought my house with an extra bedroom in case mum finds it to much for her in her own home.

@nametaken1 @ajthompson13 Depending on the stage of the rental good chance they carrying forward losses so not paying tax. Before negative gearing got stop they use to reduce there normal paye tax rates i had one that the person only got tax 3% on the salary.

@Dane_Giraud When your health professionals you need to be impartial, would she treat patients differently due to it. Eg, transgender is a patient will she remain professional. In my workplace I cannot bring my personal views into it, and treat people with respect even if I don't agree.

@ajthompson13 Why is it to balance the books it about making sure our wages are low. I give Arden this they voted against there own pay increases, but a right leaning government so concern about costs didn't. You voting Act yet they making sure our wages stay low.
