Everyone wants to build the “perfect product.” But if no one sees it, it doesn’t exist. Distribution > product. It’s why average offers with killer reach win over great products every day. Master distribution, and you can sell anything.
Good morning people ….. Change isn’t a switch you flip. It’s a choice you make daily. Harder habits. Tougher standards. Brutal honesty. Most people wait for the right time. Winners create it.
Before even watching $100k–$500k AI agency founders I spotted the 4 pillars of AI Automation myself: 1.Tech Foundations 2.Distribution 3.Brand Building 4.Client Retention Now watching interviews → they’re saying the same thing, just in a broader way.
Most beginners think getting clients = posting on every platform. LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube… they spread thin, get 0 traction. Truth is → one platform done consistently > 5 platforms half-done. Pick ONE, go all in. Master distribution there. Clients will follow.
