Nice summary & discussion on the new findings that #PrairieVoles lacking #oxytocin receptors still bonded with mates and cared for pups (summarised as "#social #attachment"). The story about the "#love #hormone" was obviously too simple to be true...! nature.com/articles/d4158…

Very happy to see this paper published 😀👇🏻 We studied effects of #abuse, #neglect, and #emotional #maltreatment among 98 #adolescents using an event-related #fMRI Cyberball paradigm affording assessment of both #social #exclusion and #inclusion. Fantastic work @ChaSchulz!
