@CBSMornings @AdrianaDiaz You're correct about Knox County, TN too. It seems to be a growing problem. Class A CDL drivers, especially with passenger endorsement, don't get paid enough for the responsibility they take upon themselves.

@CBSMornings @CBSNews Nah, the problem is they used AI to generate bus routes without reviewing them, then ignored the feedback from the ACTUAL bus drivers, and refused efficient route maps from UPS. But go ahead, put the blame on a driver shortage, which is also likely due to low pay and crappy mgmt
