📌[IMPORTANT] This person is an SM employee. Please report this account—it was just created after the EXO 6-member comeback was announced. They are repeating exactly what SM has been saying so far and villainizing CBX. Just take a look at their account!
These rumors have already been addressed. Please do not abandon basic morality over K-pop.
🚨 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗧 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞 There is no photo of BH alone with her, the circulating image is from a charity event with multiple attendees, including her husband. The cake mentioned for antis was for everyone at the event, not proof of a private meeting. Do not spread false claims.
Baekhyun lives in Lanuvo Hannam under a standard jeonse lease, paying 16B₩ deposit. The Cha couple acted only as loan guarantors using their own property as collateral; he repays the loan himself. He also owns a fully paid villa in Guri. These are normal real-estate arrangements
There is an ongoing attempt to defame Baekhyun by deliberately twisting verified information about his real-estate and business dealings with P.arc Construction and 100RED Chairwoman Cha Ga-won.
It is important to note that the main lawsuit between CBX (INB100) and SM has gone through mediation twice, which both sides rejected, and the case has now proceeded to the regular court process. The final hearing is still pending, meaning the judgment has not yet been decided.
These include a combination of: —Civil court requests (for document submission and provisional injunctions), —Criminal complaints (which were closed with “no suspicion”) —Administrative complaints (filed with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea FTC).
Apologies for not attaching the sources earlier. This information is based on SM Entertainment’s representative statement, published exclusively by LawTimes Korea. 🧷lawtimes.co.kr/news/212618
6⃣ 6 losses The “6 losses” do not refer to lawsuits or court verdicts. CBX hasn’t lost any court cases yet; hearings are still pending. CBX (via INB100) requested access to SM Entertainment’s settlement/financial data multiple times.
📌Note Points 1⃣ and 2⃣ directly reference statements made by INB100’s legal representative during the press conference. The information provided is factual and not based on opinion. The original Korean source containing the exact statements has also been attached. Thank you.

How to use "emdash(—) " in a sentence [to make a sentence look more structured] : 🌐 On mobile (Android/iPhone) 1⃣Hold down the hyphen (-) key. 2⃣A pop-up will appear with longer dashes — just slide your finger to select the em dash.

Some authorities or internal processes rejected or denied their requests; reports count these denials as “6 losses.” ✅ These were administrative/procedural denials, not legal defeats in court.
