A couple things on this, because progressives use this to bully and intimidate (conservative) pastors into silence: 1) While I am very clear about the evil of many policies currently being advanced by the DNC and CLEAR moral asymmetry between the proposed policies of the parties, I do not endorse candidates right now. 2) Progressives selectively report churches to the FFRF every year. You'll never see this article about the (primarily AA) churches Democrats are in every week leading up to an election. It's an attempt at street-level lawfare. 3) Articles like this are toothless and you should just chuckle at them. We have a lawyer that argues Religious Liberty cases before SCOTUS at Lakepointe. No church in US History has ever had their tax exempt status removed for a sermon, much less for one in which a candidate was not even endorsed. 4) In the words of a couple knowledgable guys I consulted with, it's a harassment and intimidation tactic to silence pastors. Intent of this post isn't to be combative, but I have realized this fear has intimidated some pastor friends and after looking into it, wanted to remove that fear. BOTTOM LINE: You are 100% free to be clear with your people about the (radical) moral asymmetry between the current proposed policies and ideologies of the parties AND to encourage your people to vote as an application of the command to be “the salt of the earth” and to “seek the welfare of the city” and to “live your neighbor”.

I have to say that this is very alarming and sounds like someone is blackmailing a political leader. This needs to be criminally investigated especially the fact that Kerry-Lynne Findlay is not even the one supposedly doing anything wrong. The puppet masters behind the scenes are getting mad that Kerry-Lynne Findlay won't be controlled by their corrupt hands. She was democratically elected by the membership and this stinks to high heaven! What do you think about David Eby possibly calling an early election? Just about 2 years ago the last election cost taxpayers $82 million. Giving the province powers to override certain local requirements and accelerate designated projects through Bill 15, the 2025 Infrastructure Projects Act, reducing local control. - Overriding aspects of municipal zoning and prohibiting public hearings for specified residential zoning changes through Bill 44, the 2023 Housing Statutes (Residential Development) Amendment Act. - Restructuring legal-profession regulation through Bill 21, the 2024 Legal Professions Act, despite concerns about government influence and lawyers’ independence. - Concentrating more decision-making authority in provincial government while reducing opportunities for local and public participation. - Expanding DRIPA implementation without sufficient public understanding, transparency and consultation. - Advancing modern-day treaties and negotiating land and governance agreements with insufficient transparency and input from affected British Columbians. - Weakening government transparency with Bill 9, making it harder to hold the government accountable. - The North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant’s projected cost ballooning from approximately $700 million to $3.86 billion an increase of about $3.16 billion, with years of delays and higher costs for residents. - Restricting public access to parks and recreation areas, raising concerns about unequal access to public land and insufficient transparency around who can enter and why. - Spending public money on street-name and signage changes without sufficient community consultation or clear consideration of cost, readability and navigation. This is just some of the failures of the NDP since the last election, almost 2 years ago.

Trump says he'll retaliate against the EU if Canada becomes a member. I don't think people truly understand what's happening here, and Trump's way of articulating the situation isn't helping. China, Canada and the EU are conspiring to strangle the United States economically. Canada doesn't even really belong in that group—really it's Mark Carney, but he is Canada's Prime Minister so now Canada is in that mix. The globalists lost the economic war. They tried to win with neoliberalism (woke), then climate change, then Covid. They lost on all fronts. The American Empire proved to be too strong both culturally and economically. The American people responded to globalism by electing Donald Trump to a second term on an "America First" platform. Whether or not you believe Trump held up the promises he made with his America First strategy doesn't matter. What does matter is that the United States could not be destroyed culturally and the USD maintained its power through a variety of attacks. Mark Carney was parachuted into Canadian politics as a last ditch effort. He campaigned on an "elbows up" anti-Trump, anti-American message and Canadians took the bait. Now the globalists are circling the US. They're attempting to starve them out. Canada is aligning itself with China and the EU as a bridge between the two. The central bankers believe the Chinese communo-fascist model is the future. The United States is the last big obstacle in the way of total global domination. The sad part about this is most people are too stupid to see what's happening, and that's what's feeding the globalist machine. But what differentiates Canada from China and the EU is we are connected to the United States geographically. Ultimately this standoff will come down to a battle of economies and systems—and Canada will not win that war. So in basic terms, Mark Carney is sacrificing Canada for a larger, globalist agenda, and Canadians are the perfect pawns in this strategy because they are inherently culturally naive to their place in the world and the world that exists outside of their island. Carney, the Laurentian elites and the political class are intentionally drawing the United States into a fight, and in the end it's Canadians who will suffer the consequences.

Americans need to understand the twisted game Mark Carney is playing. He sabotages the Canadian economy by nuking US-CAN trade talks for political purposes. Then he scampers to Ottawa and apocalyptically declares to Canadians that we're at war. This is insane asylum stuff. His state-controlled press then ask U.S. Adm. Samuel Paparo about American attack plans for Canada. Paparo has no choice but to mock them and say they're right next to our attack plans for the Martians. Carney then represents himself as the defender of Canada against an America he is "at war" with, and an America he claims wants to end French language and culture in Quebec, and other total nonsense. Again, this is inmates-running-the-asylum, fantasyland stuff. It's in this context that he pivots to Communist China and makes a new strategic partnership with the CCP. He even forces the Mounties to partner with the CCP's Gestapo police forces who hunt Canadians...in Canada. The Mounties wanted out of this deal, but Carney kept them in. The CCP angle furthers Liberal power, because all the CCP business interests got themselves entangled with and supportive of the Liberals. Just check out Carney's new appointee for Foreign Direct Investment into Canada, Dominic Barton. He looks like he could just as easily be described as the CCP's appointee for FDI in Canada. All these CCP interests are deeply entangled with Liberals in Vancouver, Toronto, and across the country. They seek to compromise conservatives, too, but their big bets are with the Liberals. To top it off, next Carney says he can't negotiate with the U.S. until Americans stop making memes to poke fun of him. Many of us saw this headline from @Polymarket and thought it was a joke. No, he really said that yesterday. All of this is to preserve the political power of Canada's Liberals so they can keep wrecking Canada's economic future unchallenged, and they can keep being the laggard of NATO with no domestic consequences. It's a cynical bet that America needs to defend Canada no matter how incapable and incompetent their leadership is, so they will invite in every global bad actor to run wild and stick us with the resultant problems. It is cynical and deranged and aligned with Communist China. Even China's state media notes how Carney has made a "Chinese-style" attack on America. Globalism, communism, antisemitism, and every pathology that destroys a society is running rampant in Canada, and Carney fans the flames of all of them. This is who @POTUS is negotiating with, and it's not facetious to say that Canada could be our single most entitled and vindictive trade partner. They're right up there with the CCP, Canada's new strategic partner. Canada's leader is quite willing to harm his own people for politically selfish purposes, and then leave the American taxpayer to clean up any security vulnerabilities Canada's incompetence hatches for the entire continent.

To be clear: no one is standing up for Canada or Canadians. Yes, I realize that Prime Minister Carney and his Liberal stenographers are saying they are “fighting for Canada,” but all evidence contradicts this message. The mere fact that Carney rejected the deal Trump offered, opting instead to use this phony “war” as a means to further rile up and propagandize Canadians is evidence of this. Both Carney and Ontario Premier, Doug Ford, who has also been playing into the “tough guy” role in response to Trump, are experiencing polling bumps as a result of their apparent stubbornness. This is happening at the expense of Canadians, Canadian business, and Canadian workers. Trump isn’t going to offer a “better deal,” but that doesn’t matter, because that’s not what Canada’s politicians want. Oddly (or not, if you are beginning to understand the points I’m making here), Carney recently promoted an American woman unknown to most Canadians to the position of chief operating officer in the Prime Minister’s Office. As reported by @brianlilley at the @TheTorontoSun, not only is Maia Johnson American—which is strange in and of itself—but she is “a registered Democrat with ties to the campaigns of Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.” What Liberal supporters and those complaining that Canadians aren't "patriotic" aren’t getting is that the reason Trump’s America is a patriotic one is because they have a government that is patriotic. Actually patriotic. Not just in words but in deeds. The Trump administration has unapologetically stood up for its people and their fundamental rights and freedoms. This includes the politically incorrect and much criticized deportations. Trump knows what working class Americans care about, and he speaks to that. He and his administration are invested in protecting America and American power. By contrast, Trudeau and his successor, Carney, have made Canada a worse place to live in for anyone working to survive and thrive, anyone who runs a small business, and anyone who cares about their civil liberties. And they don’t care, because within their broader goals, Canada is irrelevant (except as a resource). Carney has made clear that he has globalist plans for Canada. His intention is not to maintain “sovereignty” (Canadians’ newly discovered favorite word), but rather the opposite. The plan is a global government and currency—a “new world order.” This isn’t a “conspiracy theory,” either—this is what Carney has spelled out. He wants Canada to join the EU. So while you guys are all freaking out about becoming a the "51st state," your Prime Minister is planning something infinitely worse (if indeed you do care about sovereignty). In other words, it’s not Trump that’s trying to “destroy,” “take over,” or undermine Canada—it’s the other way around. Carney wants to undermine and overpower the US by linking up with other countries and powers, which is likely why Trump is (as it appears to Canadians, in any case) “being difficult.” He knows what Carney is up to and he is trying to protect America. Because that’s his job. Trump is doing with America what Carney is not doing with Canada, and that’s why America has genuine patriots and Canada does not. If you’re worried about Canada being over, you should be, because that’s the direction Carney is headed if Trump (and Canadians) don’t stop him.

Prime Minister Carney is facing a big decision: should he trade with Communist China or the U.S.? Need convincing? Look at what happened in America! Bill Clinton‘s big plan to normalize trade with China didn’t democratize China or help American workers. Instead, we’ve lost 5 million jobs and 90,000 factories since 1994 as a direct result of countries like Communist China dumping their low-quality, subsidized crap into the U.S. market. Meanwhile, Chinese political prisoners and religious minorities are still putting that same crap together in sweatshops as slave labor.   Ottawa has to ask itself whether it's really willing to hand a hostile, genocidal regime the keys to its own economy. Because when – not if – Xi decides not to honor a deal, Canada doesn't just get burned on that one contract. Canada gets left holding a hollowed-out industrial base and the unmet aspirations of millions of families who will wonder why their government has forgotten about them.   And it won’t stop there. Every dollar and every ounce of trust Canada pours into Beijing is a dollar and an ounce of trust it's pulling out of its relationship with its most important, most powerful partner and ally: the United States. You don't get to have it both ways. Cozy up to Xi, and you degrade the most productive, most integrated economic relationship Canada has ever had.   Here's what people keep ignoring. Canada ALREADY has the best tariff treatment of any country in the world. Prime Minister Carney has said that himself, more than once. The new Section 338 tariffs only apply to 5% of goods coming in from Canada – a mere 0.19% of all U.S. imports. Meanwhile, Canada keeps tariffs and quotas on U.S. cars and dairy, while slashing tariffs on Chinese EVs from 100% to 6.1% – rolling out the red carpet for the very regime that wants to hollow Canada out from the inside.   The facts speak for themselves. America's track record is mutual prosperity – strengthening good, dependable partners while standing against dictators, bullies, and thugs. Communist China's track record is blackmail and extortion that serves Communist China and its extraordinarily wealthy leaders, especially Xi Jinping.   America has allies. Communist China takes hostages. Don't sell out Canadian sovereignty for 30 pieces of counterfeit silver.

We had a good thing, Canada. A quiet arrangement. You kept watch up north, didn’t make noise, didn’t screw around. We covered the heavy lifting. You backed us up, built a few ships, some icebreakers, flew the flag at NATO, pretended to be a country that gave a damn. We saluted your officers and let you slide when things got bloody. We asked for help and you sent 26,000 to places like Korea while we sent 1.1 million. We suffered more deaths than your total deployed forces and that was ok because you were nice and you had to remain focused on keeping the north defended. Now look at you. Your navy’s a joke, less combat power than a drug cartel with Zodiac boats. Your GDP’s circling the drain, and instead of fixing it, you’re too busy playing dress-up at climate conferences and pretending that TikTok diplomacy will stop a hypersonic missile. You have 3 rusty submarines in commission and a few at the Edmonton Mall plus a few small frigates. You have more generals and Admiral than working tanks. You spend less per GDP on defense than Albania or Slovakia. You won’t spend. You won’t build. You won’t fight. You have the longest arctic shoreline in the world but most of your unimpressive “icebreaker” fleet are small patrol craft that would be crushed in heavy ice. You are a Pacific Nation but couldn’t defend your selves from the Chinese fishing fleet let alone their Coast Guard or Navy. But you’ll sure as hell talk. Talk about “shared values” while you freeload off the defense umbrella we pay for. Talk about “peacekeeping” while China cuts your undersea cables and Russia maps your Arctic. Talk about how important your role is in NATO knowing full well your only authority is the billets, joint exercises and training we give you, You think this continent defends itself? You think because you’re polite and bilingual and serve maple syrup at the G7, you get a pass? You think getting angry about memes will protect you from ismalocommies already inside the gate? That someone else, USA, will show up when it gets hot in the Arctic or North Pacific? Not gonna happen because we don’t have a single icebreaker that hasn’t suffered a catastrophic loss and no longer have a fleet capable of evacuating our bases in the Pacific let alone defending your coast. You had a good thing. You could’ve been useful. You chose to be a burden. And when the day comes, and it will come, don’t expect a call back. We’re done babysitting the unarmed. You had two jobs. Two. Stop the spread of Communism by nodding along with our anti-marxist rhetoric and defending your own coast. You have failed miserably at both. And now you’re no longer even nice. You roll over to china and waive fentanyl through our border while booing the American flag and banning our products.
