Give Maresca more time. People hype Araola, Fabregas, Glanser because they shine at mid-table clubs where 2 losses in a row mean nothing. At Chelsea, you can win 20 straight but lose 3 in a row and suddenly fans want you out, media questions your tactics, owner doubts creep in.

Maresca openly admitting he could have made better decisions against Brighton and Man Utd with 10 men. He says it's a learning curve and a process, nice to see the Manager come out and say he got it wrong. Chelsea fans should listen to this.

I believe that when a coach sacrifices attackers for defenders after a red card, it doesn’t mean cowardice; it means he doesn’t fully trust the remaining backline to cope. Maresca isn’t a coward; he simply knows his players, their strengths and flaws.
