@GoldbergCFC Acheampong isn’t a RB. He should play CB next to Colwill which would also make us better in build up. We’re playing with 4 CBs pretty much and are bad in build up and attack as a result too

@LKCOYB Alonso is doing a lot of wrong calls so early in his Chelsea career imo. I really wanna be proved wrong but so far I’m not convinced. There are some positive signs too tho so maybe we just have to be patient. Squad still far from being good enough too though

Could’ve gotten a player of very similar quality for half the price like Kudus/Ndiaye. This in return would have allowed to strengthen elsewhere too. This squad still lacks so so much

Am I waking up to the fact Caicedo is overrated or has he just been mid post injury. He’s not looked his old self in the last games, especially on the ball. Also Rogers man, good player with some nice qualities but he’s just never worth what we paid for him.

@siphillipssport Has good potential but overall it was a terrible signing cause he’s the reason they kept neglecting that area. Could have signed so many good GKs in the past couple years. The way he keeps parrying balls into dangerous area is also very concerning

@ChelseaIoanArmy It’s been like this all season man. Very concerning. Lacroix and Henderson cannot start for Chelsea if we want to avoid this sort of terrible football, especially against team who will press high

@VdykCFC Going long after every ounce of pressure man, I won’t back this shit, that’s not football for me. We’re not fucking Burnley. Even worse when you see how well Tottenham kept playing through our press when they surely don’t have a better squad

@LKCOYB The Brighton game was never suistanable. If this is how Alonso wants to approach games then I don’t want him here anymore

@VdykCFC Especially when we replaced Jackson with Pedro, and killed every bit of pace in our attack + got rid of our good passers from deep. We’re less than ever built for counter attacking football

@VdykCFC Lacroix, Henderson, Palestra and Rogers are poor signings when it comes to controlling a game, mastering build up and being strong in possession overall. Most of them are turnover machines and can’t retain possession well. On top we go long all the time too

@VdykCFC Finally realizing what I’ve been saying all season. We didn’t play really well in any of those games too. Just individual quality saving us. I’m really worried, we looked more in control under Rosenior against PSG. Tbf defensively we were decent today but terrible with the ball

@CFCPys Story of the season, don’t get carried away by wins against Everton and Bournemouth where we didn’t even play especially well

Palestra coming on for Hato will probably be the reason we lose this. Kudus is not gonna be easy with him, Palestra isn’t up for that challenge

We’re so terrible under pressure and a lot of this is down to players. Really disappointed with Colwill or Hato. We know that Lacroix is very limited it’s not his fault but others have to do so much better. An ounce of pressure and they forget how to play football, it’s so poor

We have zero composure or control. I’m seeing some positives too and I’d really love to build on them but it’s a tough watch. These long balls need to stop. There’s also a lot still needed in the market. Hendo is good for off ball balance but just not good on the ball etc.

I really wanna trust in Alonso but the more we play this crap football where we go long all the time like we’re Burnley the less I can believe in him. I knew that technically the squad was getting worse but it’s still shocking how we simply cannot keep the ball

Already had a bad feeling for today smh. Quenda LW/10 won’t be good, he’s a lot better on the right. Palmer should play LW/10 but I’m almost 100% sure this won’t be the case. Hoping for the best man but could be a tough game. Unfortunately LW/10 + ST depth still a problem
