I will never exonerate the Directors as they have the most blame. But Maresca shouldn’t take it out on the players. If it’s Guiu he’s been given, use him. And I mean use him like you would Delap. Don’t play George as striker ahead of him. Don’t play Gusto ahead of Hato

So the Directors have started putting out fillers that Maresca is not irreplaceable. Maresca hasn’t been happy with them and has made it public too. For me, I like the part they are telling Maresca it’s no excuse for poor performance He’s either happy to stay or free to leave

Chalobah and Fofana are not the problem. The problem is lack of passing options. Maresca need to learn from what Kompany did, Gnabry and Kane were dropping regularly to create passing options for their defenders and midfielders to carry into attack.
