हर बच्चे को उसके भौतिक, मानसिक, आध्यात्मिक, नैतिक और सामाजिक विकास के लिए समुचित जीवन-स्तर पाने का अधिकार है।
बाल श्रम कानून के अनुसार किसी भी काम के लिए 14 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चे को नियुक्त करने वाले व्यक्ति को दो साल तक की कैद की सजा तथा उस पर 50,000 रुपये का अधिकतम जुर्माने का प्रावधान है।
बाल संरक्षण आयोग के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष श्री @yashwant22jain ने शिक्षकों को पॉक्सो एक्ट एवं जेजे एक्ट की दी जानकारी।
बच्चों को शिक्षा का अधिकार है और समान अवसर के आधार पर यह सभी को मिलना चाहिए।
राज्य बाल संरक्षण आयोग की अध्यक्ष श्रीमती प्रभा दुबे एवं सदस्य दिलीप कौशिक द्वारा ग्राम बिरगांव में आयोजित बाल चौपाल कार्यक्रम के दौरान बच्चों को उनके अधिकार, बाल विवाह, गुड टच और बेड टच की जानकारी दी गई।
. @CG_SCPCR की अध्यक्ष श्रीमती प्रभा दुबे ने आयोग परिसर में झाड़ू लगाकर स्वच्छता का संदेश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि आने वाली पीढ़ी को स्वच्छ और प्रदूषण मुक्त वातावरण देना हमारी जिम्मेदारी है। बच्चों को छोटी उम्र से ही सफाई के प्रति जागरूक करना चाहिए तभी वे जिम्मेदार नागरिक बनेंगे।
सभी प्राइवेट स्कूलों के लिए आवश्यक है कि वे ऐडमिशन के लिए अपनी कुल उपलब्ध सीटों का 25 प्रतिशत आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर व पिछड़े वर्ग के बच्चों के लिए रिजर्व रखें।
