If the things we depend on, such as cars, washing machines, stoves, etc., stop working, we would have them checked out or replaced. However, when our spirits are in a rut, we tend to overlook it or ignore it until we are backslidden or spiritually cold, dry, despondent, and dead.

The rebuke of Satan and evil things is removed from the vocabulary of a cold believer. Their new word is ok, this time. When one agrees to do evil, the defense of that person decreases, making it easier to do evil the next time. #avoicecrying

To bake bread, your oven must reach a certain temperature. To continue your walk with the Lord, you can't afford to wax cold. Satan can do more with a cold Christian than George Washington Carver did with a peanut. They are easily drawn to the evil he seeks to carry out. #avoice
