Some of the documents at Mar-a-Lago had classification levels so restricted that even the FBI counterintelligence personnel and DOJ attorneys reviewing them required additional clearances. That's part of the problem for Trump. citizensforethics.org/reports-invest…
@CREWcrew Furthermore, 18 U.S.C § 2381, states that a person guilty of treason against the United States “shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; shall be incapable of holding any office of the United States.
@CREWcrew You mean the president had access to stuff that DOJ attorneys don’t have access to? I’m shocked by this.
@CREWcrew Uh well he was the executive so many of them would have lower security clearances naturally
@CREWcrew They will indict trump. He will be convicted. He will appeal. He will lose the lose the appeal. Then the Supreme Court will overturn the conviction, That is how this plays out. He will be president.
@CREWcrew What about Biden's documents. Especially the ones he stole when he was a Senator and had no declassification authority?
@CREWcrew Correction. THE FILE FOLDER was marked as such, but every classification type can contain mundane, declassified, personal or non harmful information. The file markings are not enough to prove the claims you are making, or that Trump had no right to keep them
@CREWcrew No… that’s why he was able to have them. He was the CIC and POTUS.
@CREWcrew Except for the fact that, as president, anything he takes with him out of the White House is, by definition, DECLASSIFIED.
