In the Tulsa HUD Metro FMR area, the Fair Market Rent (FMR) for a two-bedroom apartment is $865 in 2019. A household must earn $33,680 annually to afford this level of rent and utilities without paying more than 30% of income on housing. That requires a wage of $16.19/hr. #AWH4T
