I am traveling in A-1 coach of Shivganga Express and at present train is at Allahabad, all the toilets are locked of the compartment because there is no water to use it.the matter was communicated to staff at starting station but action was not taken. Passengers suffering.

The trains are running late even more than 15 hours, when ticket cancelled after charting due to running of train more than 3 hours, IRCTC says TDR should file.when journey is being terminated due to 3 hours or more of running of train,IRCTC should refund amount automatically.
