I agree 100% with Senator Lee. ACCII is most certainly a major rule subject to the Congressional Review Act. It’s time for the Senate to act to protect consumer choice for millions of Americans.

I wholeheartedly agree with @SenJohnBarrasso that it’s time for the Senate to end California’s unlawful ban of new gas cars. Consumers, not bureaucrats or politicians, should decide what cars they buy and drive. The time to act is now.
