Crisis in #Zamfara and NW is Complex with Multiple factors. Dialogue Started without consideration to intricacies and multiplicity of this factors & antecedents however before a call for a total scrap of the dialogue for military operations its important to find answers to few Qs

As Gov. Masari continues to meet armed bandits at their control areas, Govt. should be be shameful for allowing these enabling environments, these are areas with no presence of authority except of non state actors. Govt in it peace efforts should ensure it presence in all areas.
