A roofing crew has a three-day job in the community. Old way: a note on the binder that Wednesday's guard never sees. MyWatchtower: a QR credential issued from the resident's phone, scanned at the gate each day, and revoked automatically on Friday.

"Who can see our residents' data?" Role-based access: operators see the queue, boards see reports, managers see everything. Every login and every edit goes into the audit trail. A binder on a counter can't do any of that.

Security agencies: one login per site, one camera system per site, and a phone that rings every time a kiosk has a stuck visitor. MyWatchtower: one screen for every site, every camera, and every incident, with a 24/7 team behind every kiosk.

"Do we have to rip everything out?" Usually not. Gates, cameras, and readers doing their job stay. The server in the closet goes. A certified partner assesses the site first, so nobody quotes before they've looked.

Your community's gate code is saved in a delivery app note somewhere. You know it. We know it. The gate code knows it. Digital credentials: issued in seconds, revoked in seconds, never written on a sticky note.

Visitor management without a binder: Register the guest → QR code issued → kiosk scans it → entry logged automatically. Unexpected visitor? Guided self-registration. Unusual situation? A live human, 24/7.

An audit trail answers the questions boards dread: Who let that vendor in? When did the gate actually open? Who changed that credential? MyWatchtower records every action automatically. Tamper-evident, searchable, always on.

A 300-home community ran its gate on a paper binder. Today: LPR for residents, seamless guest entry, and a searchable record of every entry, all cloud-based. From paper trails to cloud infrastructure.

11 PM. A delivery driver hits the kiosk with a code that doesn't work. Now what? With MyWatchtower: guided self-service first, then a live connection to JEKA's 24/7 team, who verify and resolve entry issues on the spot. Nobody sleeps in their truck at your gate.

Lost fobs. Shared clickers. A gate code half the county knows. Digital credentials fix all three: issued in seconds, revoked in seconds, secure QR codes for contactless entry. Access control you can actually control.

7:58 AM. Property manager opens the app: overnight entries logged, one incident flagged with photos, a new landscaping crew approved for Thursday. Coffee's still hot. That's the job with one dashboard instead of five systems.

Point products are like a band with no drummer. Each one's fine alone. Together, no rhythm. Gates, cameras, credentials, incidents. They should share one system and one record.

Running five properties shouldn't mean five logins. MyWatchtower: each site keeps its own config, cameras, and permissions. Leadership sees the whole portfolio on one dashboard. New site live in minutes.

A paper visitor log can tell you who signed in. It can't tell you when the gate actually opened, how long they stayed, or who edited the record. Searchable, tamper-evident digital logs aren't a luxury anymore. They're the baseline.

"Cloud-based" in plain English: No server closet at the clubhouse. No software installs. Updates that just happen. Records backed up continuously. The gate hardware stays. The headaches don't.

Gate staff see the entry queue. The board sees reports. The manager sees everything. Role-based permissions mean everyone gets exactly the access they need, and nothing more.

If your visitor log is a binder, your guest lane is a queue, or your gate staffing costs keep climbing, a demo takes 20 minutes. Email [email protected] or visit jekasoftware.com/contact.
