How are you handling the gaps until the cards turn up? Printed placeholders, a checklist, or just empty pockets?
@quiecollects For a master set, keeping a numbered checklist with reverse holos marked separately makes tracking those last empty pockets much easier, especially when sorting duplicates after opening packs.
@Black_outXV Getting a form-inclusive Pokédex binder to around 95% after 18 months is quite the project. Keeping the remaining forms in Dex order, with placeholder pockets where needed, could make those final gaps easier to track.
@CardboardPurist Welcome back! A page from the childhood binder is the perfect first post. Are you planning to pick up where you left off with vintage, or try some of the newer sets too?
@TheTheoLogan A forest-themed binder is such a fun idea, there's so much great Grass-type and woodland art to choose from. Is she sorting it by Pokédex order or by whatever looks best together?
@LongwingGaming Love this series. 26 is a lot more Weedles than most people would guess! For a Pokédex binder, are you going one favourite printing per pocket, or saving room for every printing?
@samuwhale_ Name and number placeholders are hard to beat: the page order stays fixed and you can see what's missing at a glance. Printed pictures look nicer but use a lot of ink on a big set. Which way are you leaning?
