We always forget to focus on the treatment with huge impact... Diet and exercise. Viewed almost ubiquitously in our community as just a precursor to pharmacological therapy. Not a real and highly effective alternative. Anything to add @DrAliKhavandi of @CardioKit ?

The only way I can endure a wall sit is to meditate my way through it. Just a short time of both results in a lot of benefit all round! Horrified to find my body fat % was high despite being size 10. Happy to say it's gradually creeping down @drchatterjeeuk @DrAliKhavandi

The only way to get this evidence is to undertake clinical trials. So my analysis is do research and always be prepared to change what you believe once the evidence arrives...
