@EPDadBod @MtkaSaints @TheFedMN We need only the guys we have legally on roster to win as far as I remember. This seems like a bit of deflection. Perhaps you take responsibility for your fuck up. I suggest you guys buy some real baseballs to use and try again next year.

After the LaMelo Ball trade, here is a mock off-season path the Timberwolves could take to get to 14 standard contracts (the minimum they must have before the season starts): • Re-sign Jaylen Clark (RFA) with a $2,959,061 cap hit. • Pick up Julian Phillips' $2,406,205 team option. • Sign Isaiah Evans to a $1.35 million rookie minimum. • Sign Trey Kaufmann-Renn to a two-way deal. • Trade Josh Green ($14.7M) to the Rockets for Dorian Finney-Smith ($13.3M). - Wolves are a first-apron team, so they can't take in more money than they send out in a trade. Swapping Green for Finney-Smith would clear $1.3M in cap for the Wolves. Green would give Houston another 3&D player off its bench while coming in on an expiring deal. For Finney-Smith, the rest of his contract after this season becomes non-guaranteed money. Wolves would be betting on Finney-Smith getting healthy, refinding his 3-point shot. This largely hinges on what DFJ's market is like right now. • Sign Bones Hyland to a two-year, $10M deal. • Sign Drew Eubanks to a one-year veteran's minimum deal, which would carry a $2.5M cap hit for the Wolves. This would put the Wolves at 14 standard contracts, all three 2-way spots filled, and sitting roughly $2,516,925 under the second apron, which they are hard-capped at. That space could allow them to re-sign Mike Conley, a UFA, to the $2.5M vet's minimum, another player to a veteran's minimum, or re-sign Enrique Freeman, a RFA, who would carry a slightly cheaper cap hit of $2,185,633. But without Conley or Freeman, MIN's depth chart would look like... Guards: Ball / Edwards / Dosunmu / Evans / Clark / Hyland / Pullin (2-way) / DiVincenzo (out) Forwards: McDaniels / Finney-Smith / Shannon / Phillips / Kaufmann-Renn (2-way) Centers: Gobert / Beringer / Eubanks / Zikarsky (2-way) Note: Some of the numbers included here are close estimates. Otherwise, numbers are via Spotrac.

The Saints and Flyers played just enough baseball between rain delays to call it a game. ⚾ Tetrick: RBI double in some middle inning 🎯 Zenda: 2 runners thrown out 🔥 Hansen: Another quality start 🔒 Collier: Save secured before Rain Delay #3 could make its debut Saints Win 1-0

FINAL: Saints 11, Islanders 1 Good group of guys. Good weather. Good baseball. The bats stayed hot. Jack stayed hot too with 3 hits, and after league review he actually learned to slide correctly. Shoutout to the newest class of 2026 Hall of Famers!! @TheFedMN

Saints stay hot and apparently so does Joe Collier. 2 hits in the 1st inning including a 3-run NUKE 💣 Final: Saints 12 Hurricanes 9 Cory also recorded 2 consecutive outs which is honestly a huge personal victory for him. Baby steps. Saints are having FUN right now. 🍻⚾

Saints come back from the holiday swinging. Tommy Hanson throws a complete game. Jack Watson went 3-3 with 2 stolen bases… one of them featuring a slide so ugly it’s currently under league review. Matt Butz stayed hotter than a stolen catalytic converter with another 3-3 day.
