The Murray-Massenburg Panthers were on the loose at Piney Woods Park! We held our Popsicles in the Park event and it was a huge success. They were able to participate in arts and crafts, enjoy Loco Pops, fellowship, and just have fun! @drstacydstewart @AKAFerrell_EdD
Yep! And from that day until my last day on the council, I made it clear to staff both publicly and privately that no plan for Wheels would ever get my support unless it involved reopening the rink. So happy for our community that Wheels will be back! 🛼
One of the best moments in my time on City Council was the closed session where the staff told us they were looking into purchasing Wheels, and every single council member started grinning. ☺️🙂😍
