So what i'm taking from this is that (a) my money is not secure with you because you let people use a card fraudulently that is locked, and (b) you refuse to refund money that has been stolen because your security sucks. Great.

Was just told the matter had been resolved without any explanation and the money would not be refunded. Been trying to follow up for 2 weeks, and keep getting referred to 'Channel disputes' - a phone number that goes straight to voicemail and never calls me back.

@CommBank pretty disgusted with how i've been treated by you over the past month over fraudulent transactions that you allowed to go through while my card was locked, and in Adelaide (i live in Sydney).

@Ryanair i've been waiting for my flight refund from a cancelled flight in March for months and months now. I keep trying to submit a request online but it says it's already been submitted and resolved - but i haven't received a refund! Please contact me!

@British_Airways been trying to call and get in touch, but call centres down, can't log in to manage my booking, no response to online voucher request over a month ago. Flight SYD to LHR due to leave in 72hrs and need to cancel for a refund. think the flight is cancelled anyway?

Saturday night in Bondi. Business as usual. WTF isn't anyone enforcing the new social distancing regulations? Where's the nanny state when it actually matters? #coronavirusaustralia #CoronaCrisis @WaverleyCouncil

@Gemmasparkle @InsidersABC @David_Speers He really is the biggest waste of time, and time waster. I've got a 3 month old baby and just had to cancel my flights back to the UK to meet his grandparents for the first time. So sad, but not worth the risk. Like you say, take matters into our own hands #coronavirusaustralia

It’s incredibly hard to describe how utterly sad it feels to be a scientist and dad in a country being dictated to by a small group of science-denying clowns putting their own short term political gain over the long term public interest.

@danpfeiffer @NARAL I can't find your book on Audible... possibly because I'm in Australia! When will it be available internationally? Thank you so much and can't wait to read/ listen to it 😀
