@VeryHelpers unable to access account as states wrong postcode…..have lived here 8 years? Also tv returned 11/12/2025 waited over an hour last week to speak to someone at very to see why had been refunded. Not sure who but had this phone call come through on WhatsApp

@VeryHelpers hello, I have an item of clothing that was purchased maybe end of November didn’t receive it until the first week of December. Anyway the item has ripped along the seam where the arm is, it’s only been worn and washed twice? Can I return this now for a refund?

@VeryHelpers your large item team are genuinely shocking at answering the phone. 1hr 40 mins I was on hold for them to hang up on me the other day and now 42 mins and still no answer 🤡

@verynetwork so have tried to access my account today numerous times but apparently my postcode is wrong? Think l would remember? Just haven’t got the energy to sit and wait for them to answer the phone!!! Waited over an hour recently re large item l have returned, no response!!!
