Little Australia rears its stupid, ugly head again. We just can’t stand people who don’t fall into line with our pusillanimous, satrap politicians, journalists, and bureaucrats. First it was Novak Djokovic, a man of principle in a time of mass hysteria and civic betrayal. Now Elon Musk, a man who stands for something in an age when too many politicians and Australians either stand for nothing or for tyranny. History has so much to teach, but so few wish to learn.
Everything I said on Australia Day is true, notwithstanding threats to what we have from the public satraps. A basically free society is a society on constant alert to those who would prefer to turn it into a “safe” or “harmless” society. “Liberty’s life is a perilous and fighting one.” - Croce
@ChavuraStephen @alicekryan I get the gist of what you are saying. We are a nanny state though, governed by bureaucrats and petty regulation.
@ChavuraStephen @alicekryan We are the most policed nation on earth. What are you on about? Were you asleep during the Draconian lockdowns? The barbarism and sadism of the constabulary? It could be activated again tomorrow. We need a permit to literally breathe here in Australia. Free Society?
