@mikementzer80 I really like going with one set per exercise but I’m doing multiple exercises per muscle group. For example, for back I might do 1 set of machine rows, 1 set lat pulldowns, 1 set cable rows, 1 set pull-ups, 1 set shrugs. Thats 5 total sets and I’m done with back.

@setbysets This is a small frame issue. You can tell by his wrists. Larger skeletal dimensions tend to be associated with greater muscle mass. I’d guess his wrists are around 6-6.5” whereas the average male is around 7-7.5” in circumference.
