@emirates I called yesterday re a flight change you have made now arriving back a day later. The message said I would be called back 5 to 7 hours later stayed awake all night no call.tried to call again this morning and message is I will be on hold for 7 to 11 hourss

@emirates @emiratesSupport I’m trying to rearrange my flight from AKL to LGW on 18th March, travelling with my 4 month old boy, due to #COVID19nz #Covid_19 4-8 hour waits on hold and not receiving call backs is very frustrating. Please help !!!
