@Dustin_Markward @exposerofsports @DettrowChase @OSUHoopsInsider @WOSNScores @ShayneNissen @TylerSeggerman @crescentnews @Stryker_AD They made a second announcement about 20 minutes after the first one that the gym needed to be cleared for the next incoming game.

@exposerofsports @Dustin_Markward @DettrowChase @OSUHoopsInsider @WOSNScores @ShayneNissen @TylerSeggerman @crescentnews @Stryker_AD She didn't advocate for them to play on the unsafe surface. She advocated for their game to be finished first once playing conditions improved instead of 2 new teams getting to take the floor less than an hour after they were told they had to leave.

@Dustin_Markward @DettrowChase @OSUHoopsInsider @WOSNScores @ShayneNissen @TylerSeggerman @crescentnews @Stryker_AD I'm not arguing the outcome. You're missing the bigger picture. It's not about the loss. The disrespect and unprofessionalism that OHSAA and Bluffton showed is the problem.

@Dustin_Markward @DettrowChase @OSUHoopsInsider @WOSNScores @ShayneNissen @TylerSeggerman @crescentnews @Stryker_AD Both teams were affected and both communities should want answers from the OHSAA reps/Bluffton staff that handled it terribly. They told our coach she didn't get a say in the matter a the next teams were on the court less than an hour later.

@Dustin_Markward @DettrowChase @OSUHoopsInsider @WOSNScores @ShayneNissen @TylerSeggerman @crescentnews @Stryker_AD I'm not running down anything about the way the Ottoville girls played. They announced at 2:05 to clear the gym and at 2:52 @ShayneNissen shared a photo of Bellevue/Genoa teams on the floor. Less than an hour! Clear the gym and let Ottoville/Stryker finish that day.

@Dustin_Markward @DettrowChase @OSUHoopsInsider @WOSNScores @ShayneNissen @TylerSeggerman @crescentnews @Stryker_AD Those are outdoor sports and both coaches need to agree on the postponement. That didn't happen. It's not about who won...the OHSAA and Bluffton let down these young athletes and no teams should have to go through this situation again.

@bjhemker @OSUHoopsInsider @WOSNScores @ShayneNissen @TylerSeggerman @crescentnews @Stryker_AD In your opinion.

@DettrowChase @OSUHoopsInsider @WOSNScores @ShayneNissen @TylerSeggerman @crescentnews @Stryker_AD The OHSAA "higher ups" that made the decision need to realize what a mess they made.

@DettrowChase @OSUHoopsInsider @WOSNScores @ShayneNissen @TylerSeggerman @crescentnews @Stryker_AD Bluffton and OHSAA dropped the ball for ALL of these girls. Stryker gets to live with a "what if" and Ottoville may feel like they're not being given credit. Our coach/other admin from Stryker were disrespected by their staff and it never should have happened.

@raiders91sc @OSUHoopsInsider @WOSNScores @ShayneNissen @TylerSeggerman @crescentnews @Stryker_AD Clear the gym and allow those teams to come back when conditions improve. Don't start 2 completely new games.

@BrandonSpeaks11 @OSUHoopsInsider @WOSNScores @ShayneNissen @TylerSeggerman @crescentnews @Stryker_AD No other games should have been played on that court until Ottoville/Stryker finished that day. Ottoville's coach is even quoted in the paper saying they got a "re-do".

@BrandonSpeaks11 @OSUHoopsInsider @WOSNScores @ShayneNissen @TylerSeggerman @crescentnews @Stryker_AD Stryker was called for 2 travels when they slipped on the floor which led to Ottoville scoring. Ottoville got away with their slip and was given possession of the ball when play resumed. 30 minute drive vs 90 minute drive. Ottoville coach wanted to postpone, Stryker's did not.

@WannEric @OSUHoopsInsider @WOSNScores @ShayneNissen @TylerSeggerman @crescentnews @Stryker_AD No other games should have taken place on that court until Stryker/Ottoville finished that day. Ottoville's coach is even quoted in the paper saying they got a "re-do".

@WannEric @OSUHoopsInsider @WOSNScores @ShayneNissen @TylerSeggerman @crescentnews @Stryker_AD Stryker was called for 2 travels because they slipped on the wet floor. Those possessions turned into points for Ottoville's run. Ottoville got away with their slip and then given possession of the ball when play resumed.

@JamesNiese4 @OSUHoopsInsider @WOSNScores @ShayneNissen @TylerSeggerman @crescentnews @Stryker_AD Some of that "run" occurred off of Stryker being called for 2 travels when they slipped on the wet floor. But Ottoville got away with their slip and given possession of the ball when play resumed.

@DettrowChase @OSUHoopsInsider @WOSNScores @ShayneNissen @TylerSeggerman @crescentnews @Stryker_AD And the "run" that Ottoville went on was after the travels called on Stryker when they slipped on the wet floor. But Ottoville got away with their slip and then given possession of the ball when play was resumed.

@bjhemker @OSUHoopsInsider @WOSNScores @ShayneNissen @TylerSeggerman @crescentnews @Stryker_AD No other games should have been played on that court until Stryker/Ottoville had finished that day. A 24 hr time-out to regroup and Stryker's momentum dead. Ottoville Coach is even quoted in the paper saying they got a "re-do".
