It’s funny how BPD sufferers are said to be abusers when they’re actually more prone to be abused and manipulated because they get so emotional attached to people, they remain in toxic and horrible relationships and actually believe they deserve the abuse due to self hatred.

I'm happy because I've showered almost everyday for the last month despite even my most intense depressive episode, This morning I really didn't want one and I forced myself to and now I feel so much better. May be nothing to some people but I am super proud!!

When you have BPD, you just feel things so intensely that when you’re feeling something, you think you’ll never get over that feeling and you’ll feel like that forever and then when you get over it you’re like “it really wasn’t that serious”

I went to bed at 8 last night , woke up at 11, went back to bed until 3. I'm usually in bed no earlier than midnight and up no earlier than mid day. I've been taking vitamins and 200 mg of Largactil a day and my sleep routine and moods are starting to balance!
