@StacieGerbyo Yeah, last time I bought, I handed over TWO state issued IDs. A DL, and an LTC. I was fingerprinted and had a background check for the LTC. Happy? Why do you think that's a problem for us? More importantly, why is voter ID a problem for you?

@Fidelity Get rid of the "(020255) Opening buy orders are not allowed online for this security." message. I was trying to by a stock on the IBD50 index, with cash. Schwab had no problems completing the transaction online for my IRA, but my individual account at Fidelity left me hanging.

@FatherGoz @DudespostingWs The maximum amount of wear on an engine is during the start phase. On start, metal parts grind until the oil has properly circulated. Drive a car for hours, the start caused more wear than the drive. Once stopped, the oil drops into the pan. Start/Stop accelerates that wear.

@7eleven You going to respond for firing an employee because she didn't throw merchandise until she was murdered? Glad I work for an employer that allows me to carry. It's so easy to sit in your safe office during the day and pass judgement on those working the graveyard shift.

@screenrant That's odd. I liked Boba Fett more when his face was hidden. It's not that I dislike him now, but when Jango was first shown without his helmet, it made the mystique go away. Same for the Mandalorian.

@AfricanHub_ @elonmusk There's plenty artificial about it, but not as intelligent as it's presented. The more time I spend using AI, the less useful it is. Rewrite its own code? That would be akin to committing suicide based on the very simple code I've asked it for. Incomplete and full of errors.

@DudespostingWs I like it. It's a very solid feeling for a mattress to be on the floor vs. a box spring on a frame. I joked with my wife that it was also safer. She said no way. I looked up how many people were injured each year from falling out of bed. Then I looked up how many died.
