The Packers offense, which had scored 30 points in 6 of final 7 games and was led by the soon-to-be 4-time MVP, had a chance to either end the game with a scoring drive up 10-3 or re-take the lead late tied 10-10. Went 3-and-out both times.
@zachkruse2 Quit blaming the offense. It was a defensive/special teams game. Both teams had trouble moving the ball in the conditions. This game was lost by the special teams. Nothing more, nothing less.
@TJuby01 @zachkruse2 Wym stop blaming the offense they were garbage after the 1st drive…
@ChrisLap_18 @zachkruse2 Not excusing their poor performance, but it was a game where it was hard to move the ball against tough defenses. The offense didn’t directly allow a blocked FG and a blocked punt for TD. That’s a 10 point swing directly by the ST. That’s what I mean 😒
@TJuby01 @zachkruse2 If they had gotten 1st downs there would have been no need to punt to that point in 8 possessions the defense had forced 5 3 and outs, a T.O.D., an INT, and a FG. You have to get more than 10 pts
@ChrisLap_18 @zachkruse2 If if if… the offense isn’t directly at fault for those 10 points, ST is. Fields goals and punts are routine. Blocks rarely happen. Blocked tds very very rarely happen. The special teams allowed 2 blocks and a TD in one game. Your a damn fool if you don’t think they are at fault
